Rohit Sharma speaks on run-out mix-up with Shubman Gill | IND vs AFG 1st T20

Rinku Singh recalled MS Dhoni’s advice to stay calm and concentrate on the present. ‘Don’t react, just let the bowler do his job, and then react to the ball.’

Rinku Singh reflected on Dhoni’s advice on his role in T20 format. ‘It always helps when you stay calm, focus on the ball and don’t react to the ball,’ Rinku said.

The former Indian skipper’s advice came to Rinku’s mind after he shared a match-winning 50-run partnership for the second wicket against Afghanistan in the second innings on Thursday.

According to Rinku, he has made it a habit to finish games. He also said that keeping his cool helped him chase down more runs in fewer balls.
