Kylie Jenner and Tom Hardy team up in sparkly all-black for a glam date night at the 2024 Golden Globes

How cute is it to see Timothee Chalamet walk down the red carpet at the 24th annual Golden Globes? The 28-year-old Willy Wonka star made a statement at the Beverly Hilton on the eve of the awards ceremony in yet another dazzling ensemble.

Actor Tim Chalamet, who was nominated for best actor in a musical or comedy film for his role in Willy Wonka, stole the show in a black sequinned suit from celine homme by hedi slimane. He paired the jacket with a cropped top and tux pants, and finished off the look with Chelsea boots.

He was wearing his hair in messy waves and was smiling for the cameras as he walked inside where he was greeted by his girlfriend Kylie Jenner who he had been dating for over a year.

This marks the third time Chalamet has been nominated for a Golden Globe. In 2018, he was nominated for his performance in Call me by your name, and in 2019, he won for his performance in Beautiful Boy. This is the only Golden Globe nomination that Chalamet has received this year.

This year’s award show is special because it’s the first time he’s had Jenner on his arm for such a big event. The actor wore a black suit with a sparkly detail on the back, while Jenner opted for a sparkly lace number. They sat front and centre for the show and shared a kiss on the red carpet.

They attended the WSJ Magazine Innovators Awards together in November and were seen together at the afterparty after his hosting duties on SNL a few days later.

Chalamet’s sweetness comes at a time when he’s promoting his upcoming film, “Wonka.” The actor is known for his daring style, and he’s never been one to shy away from a bold look (remember his bib-harness from the 2019 Golden Globes?). He certainly hasn’t shied away from stepping out on red carpets around the world in the past few months.

At the film’s Paris premiere in early December, he was photographed alongside his co-star Hugh Grant in a light pink, beaded top featuring embroidered loops. He completed the look with black Tom Ford tailored pants and loafers. The actor kept his look simple, opting for a sheer top and no accessories.

Chalamet stepped out in a suit fit for the candyman just a few days before at the film’s world premiere on the red carpet in a magenta frock from the womenswear range of Tom Ford. The actor accessorised with a stunning Cartier necklace.

According to British Vogue, the bling was composed of 964 pieces of emerald, rubellite, pink tourmaline and blue opal, with a white gold base containing nearly 1,000 stones. It was also said to have taken 450 hours to complete.

Even though his look at the December premiere in Los Angeles wasn’t exactly Wonka-inspired, it was fiery. He wore an all-over black ensemble, including an alligator leather jacket, black pants, matching black shoes, a bracelet, and several rings on his finger. While it wasn’t quite as candy-coloured as some of his other red carpet looks, it was definitely black enough.
