The world has changed a lot since the 1990s, but one thing remains the same: the love and admiration that girls and women have for the actor.

Arjun Rampal is still the star of the show and has a huge fan base and is very popular on social media platforms where he shares his life from his workout videos to his family life, his love for bikes and a lot more.

The popular model turned actor is a fitness fanatic and he loves fashion because that’s where it all began and he’s very good at it too.

Recently, the actor was in Delhi to launch Longitude 77, India’s single malt whiskey. In this exclusive interview, the actor opened up about his fitness regime, healthy eating habits, fashion and more.

Below are some of the questions we asked:

What is the best way to keep up with your fitness goals? What tips do you have for those who are looking to improve their health?

It’s listening to yourself and being honest with yourself and being aware of what you’re doing.

I think if you put all of those things together, if you can hear your body groaning, you can hear yourself complain, or you’re feeling lazy and you’re noticing these things, then of course you’re not taking care of yourself. And I think that it’s everybody’s job to take care of themselves. So if you listen to yourself, be aware, get up and move, have movement, you’ll be okay.

What are some of your favourite workouts or exercises that help you stay fit?

For me, running is my favourite exercise. I love running. I run about 10-15 km in a day. When I run, I am in complete harmony with myself. It is a very lonely time for me. I think that is why I run so often. I just hope that I don’t end up like Forrest Gump and just run and run and run.

How would you describe your style? What are your favourite fashion trends or products?

I believe that fashion is something that comes from you and what you feel comfortable in. For me, comfort and style are my best friends.

How do you strike a balance between a busy schedule and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, both in terms of diet and exercise?

By simply establishing good habits and adhering to them unconditionally.

Are there certain eating habits or foods that you prefer to maintain your energy levels and overall well-being?

In short, you need about 40% protein; 30% good carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates; and 30% good fats, all of which are extremely important.

How do you mix fashion and fitness as a public figure, and how do you balance them in your life?

I guess it all comes down to a lifestyle, doesn’t it? Well, for me, fitness isn’t a lifestyle. It doesn’t have anything to do with it. At least, not for me. To be completely honest, I don’t think it has anything to do with my lifestyle. Fashion, on the other hand, is a lifestyle. If you wear something, and it becomes trendy, then you’ve got a trendy lifestyle.

How does mental health relate to your overall wellness strategy, and do you practice mindfulness?

I think it’s really important to be conscious of what you say out loud. I’ve learned that over time, and I’ve practised it, and we need to control it because once you say something, once you complain, once you think negatively about someone, once you think about all the things you don’t want happening to you, you don’t want it to happen to anyone else.

So, you need to be aware of these kinds of thoughts all the time, and you need to be able to push those thoughts away. And by pushing those thoughts, I mean it’s very easy to remove negative thoughts. You just have to say it out loud, or you can do breathing exercises, and really be aware of, I guess, what you’re thinking.

Do you have any fashion or style advice that you use to help you feel and look your best?

When I really need to look my best, I go to Gabriella. She is the best. She knows what looks good on me. She knows what makes me feel good.

Are there any particular cuisines or foods that you love so much that you incorporate them into your diet without compromising on health?

Since I love food so much, my diet is somewhat detrimental to my mental health, but I love Indian food, Japanese food, Italian food, Korean food, and all kinds of food.
