Noida Police Book Motivational Speaker Vivek Bindra for Alleged Assault on Wife

Vivek Bindra married Yanika on December 6. But eight days later, on December 14, a case was registered against Bindra at Noida Sector 126 police station.

Uttar Pradesh’s Noida police have reportedly registered an FIR against popular motivational speaker Vivek Bindra for allegedly assaulting his wife Yanika Bindra.

Vivek Bindra married Yanika on December 6. But eight days later, on December 14, a case was registered against Bindra at  Sector 126 police station in Noida accusing him of assaulting his wife, India Today reported.  

Bindra, the CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt Ltd and a highly motivated speaker, was booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427 and 325, according to the report.  

The Noida police are said to be investigating the matter and said the allegation will be thoroughly investigated.  

The complaint was filed by Yanikaand#039; brother Vaibhav, who alleged that Bindra locked his sister in a room, abused her and subjected her to severe physical abuse, causing injuries all over her body, India Today reported.

In a video widely shared on social media, Yanika can be  seen showing her injuries to doctors.  

andquot;He also cannot hear during the day because of the attack on his ears,andquot; Vaibhav said Yanika is currently in Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital and is undergoing  treatment.  

Bindra  also took to social media for alleged fraud after a video by another high-profile Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari went viral.

Maheshwari recently uploaded a video on her YouTube channel titled ‘Exposing a Big Scam’ in which she presented statements from students who claimed that Bindraand#039; the company cheated them. Bindra denied all the allegations.  

Maheshwari, however, claimed that she was  pressured to remove the video. But on the contrary, the video started getting more response as people showed their support to Maheshwar and asked him not to delete it.
